Can tenants pay rent online?

What kind of financial reports do I get?
You’ll receive monthly owner statements, year-end summaries, and access to transactionlevel detail through your owner portal. You can also download or export reports for your records or tax preparation.
Are rent collection and reporting included in your management fee?
Yes. Under our flat 8% full‑service management plan, rent collection, deposits, disbursements and standard financial reporting are included. There are no extra statement or payment processing fees added on top of your management fee.
